What kind of shirts do you print on? We proudly use super soft 100% ringspun cotton t-shirts.
Do you recommend any specific washing instructions? Designs will last the longest if shirts are machine-washed inside-out in cold water. Be sure to wash dark colors separately, and don’t iron the design or have the shirt dry cleaned! Also, hang drying the shirts is preferable, but not necessary.
Can I change my order? If you find that you’ve made an error in the order, please contact us immediately using the contact form. We’ll do our best to correct the error. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed.
Where do you ship? We ship to any U.S.A. address.
How much is shipping? Shipping is $5.00 for the first tee and $2.00 for each additional item.
How long to orders take to ship? Generally, orders can take 3-5 business days to ship from the warehouse. Orders shipping by USPS are typically delivered in three to five days after your order has shipped. Deliveries to AK, HI, can take up to 7 days to be delivered.
I need my order faster than your standard shipping time, can you help? In most cases no. Shipments and schedules are planned in advance so we ask that you do the same. We do our best to fill orders in timely fashion but are usually not in the position to cater to special requests.
How to I return a shirt? If you’ve received the wrong product or the item is defective, you may choose to either be issued a store credit or to exchange it for a different item of equal value. Use the contact form and we will inform you how and where to send the return.
What forms of payment do you accept? We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
